Order Processing
All orders require 2–4 weeks for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24-hour window, your order will begin production and can no longer be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes or accept responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
